My Approach

When I have clients coming to me for the first time I have two forms of, "Fact Finding" that I use to gather the information I need to make a professional assessment of the client's situation.  One is the process below, Case Process. As you can see from the diagram every detail is important and has it's role in the case.

My second approach to fact finding is the Reality Theory/Choice Theory process. It really lays the question out for the client...."What do you want??" It empowers people with choices and the ability to have more control over their lives and their reformation in their life. I use both, interchanging each to formulate the best plan for my client.
